Very simple: because quality is our number one priority. We offer reliable and fast service. Our call centre is available 24 hours a day and is able to provide you with a taxi within five minutes.

All of our drivers have to meet very strict requirements. They must have a dispensation for driving on tram and bus lanes. They have to pass a psychological test. And they have to take a special TCA course in which a lot of attention is paid to map knowledge and customer service.

Quality management

Our Quality Management department continuously monitors the quality of our services and our fleet. If by any chance you have a complaint you can fill in our complaint form, our Quality Management team will do everything to make sure it will be sorted.

Service

TCA offers a wide range of services and aims to be highly accessible. Innovations like the TCA app and TCA Autobooker turn ordering a TCA cab into child’s play. Moreover, in all our taxis it is possible to pay with a debit or credit card.
