Since opening our first outlet centre nearly 30 years ago, this niche asset class has been the cornerstone of our growth strategy under our The Style Outlets and FACTORY brands. Today, we manage a high-quality portfolio with over 516,000 m2 of GLA, comprising 17 outlet centres and 5 retail & leisure parks across key locations in six European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands.
With an outstanding track record accrued over our 50 years in the real estate business, our value proposition consists of integrated and hands-on asset management across various operational spheres: Leasing, Retail, Property, Facilities Management and Marketing.
