How do I apply for a corporate account with monthly invoicing?
You can request a corporate account using the contact form on our business page or by calling 020 – 777 7777. During a personal consultation, we will discuss the best way to organise business mobility within your organisation. Once approved, you will gain access to the TCA Business Portal for centralised invoicing and insight into journeys, costs and reports.
Are fixed fares available for business journeys to Schiphol Airport?
Yes. Fixed fares to Schiphol Airport are capped at €50 from Amsterdam-Centre, South, West and East, and at €55 from Amsterdam-North, IJburg and Abcoude. A €7.50 surcharge applies when travelling with more than four passengers. The journey must be booked in advance through the TCA dispatch centre or TCA app and travel directly to Schiphol Airport without any intermediate stops. Additional fare arrangements can be made for business customers with an active contract.
Can we also book specific vehicles, such as luxury taxis, through the portal?
Yes. TCA offers several vehicle classes, ranging from comfortable taxis to luxury business vehicles. Tailored arrangements can be included in your corporate contract for premium business transportation through the TCA Business+ Limousine Fleet, featuring luxury vehicles such as the Mercedes S-Class, EQS and EQV. We can also save preferred vehicle types to your account.
