Need a taxi during King’s Day?

King’s Day promises to be another pleasant, but also quite busy and chaotic day in Amsterdam and at our headquarters.

In order to manage all the crowds in the right direction, the municipality of Amsterdam has closed large parts of the city center of Amsterdam to car traffic on Thursday 27 April between 05:00 and 20:00.

This means that it is only possible to order a taxi in certain places on this day.

The accessible locations are shown on the map below. Customers can also order a TCA taxi via the TCA app or via Whatsapp (020-7×7). Then enter a departure address outside the restricted area.

Zuylen Castle

Zuylen Castle is one of the pearls of the Vecht region, near Utrecht. This castle has not been renovated since 1752. Experience the daily life of the former residents and enjoy the large collection of paintings, furniture and tapestries. You can also take beautiful walks in the gardens of Zuylen Castle. In the summer, you can do this with a guide who will tell you more about the style elements from different centuries.
